July Happenings
The month started with a trip to Atlanta to explore the area. We spent a full day with a realtor, and it looks like Atlanta will be home in 2009.
Next up was the annual What's It? Party in Rhode Island. Uncle Eric rode along and survived the CT turnpike between two chidren.
Finally, we met up with Amy's college roommates, Monica and Christine, in Richmond, Viriginia. Tyler had a great time as the only boy with five other little girls.

June Happenings
It was a very eventful month of June.
We took a ride on Thomas the train at an event in Lancaster, PA which Tyler loved. It was a full day of Thomas and trains which was perfect for him. Allie had no opinion on the trains, other than it was hot.
After Thomas, we headed up to Rhode Island for a week to celebrate Father's Day, Cousin Ella's first birthday, and to take a mini-vacation. You can find the pictures by clicking on the photos linke.

Allie's Eye
Some of you may have
heard from either of us that on Mother's Day, we discovered that Allie has a
cataract in her right eye.
We're happy to report
after a visit to the opthamologist this week, tha the cataract is so small
(1mm) that it won't impact her vision (and thankfully not require surgery).
The doctor is fairly sure that the cataract won't grow any
bigger, but we'll be checking in with him regularly of the next year to make
sure nothing changes. Great news for the initial visit and we're
hoping for the same when we go back in 3 months to have her eye checked out
again.
